This is Manny Pacquiao's 23rd Fight, defending his OPBF Flyweight Title. Prior to to this fight, Manny fought against Melvin Magramo in September 13, 1997 in Cebu City, Philippines, won via PTS in 10th round.He also fought Chokchai Chockvivat in June 26, 1997 to defend his OPBF title in Mandaluyong, Philippines and won via KO in 5th round. In May 30, 1997 Pacquiao defeated Ariel Austria in Almendras, Philippines via TKO in 6th round.
